Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund.

Cancellations made within 3-6 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows: No refund.

Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability.

Rate differences (if any) will apply when modifying reservations.

Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for unused nights in case of early departure.

Special Offers / Packages

Bookings made under non-refundable offers or promotional packages are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the resort reserves the right to adjust the policy and provide credits for future stays instead of refunds.
